The client commits to providing truthful and complete information necessary for the project's development. They retain all rights to their pre-existing brand materials.
Intellectual property rights over the created designs and strategies will be transferred to the client upon full payment of the agreed fees. Source files will be delivered in the specified formats.
Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted project. We are not responsible for indirect losses or consequential damages arising from the implementation of the recommended strategies.
Any modification to these terms must be agreed upon in writing. Either party may terminate the services with 30 days' prior notice, subject to payment for services rendered up to that date.
